We all long for some kind of healing in our lives, whether it be physical, emotional, spiritual, or something else. There is a great dissatisfaction with the way our lives are now. Even if we’re not really sure what exactly healing looks like, we know that something needs to change! Sadly, the self-help books often seem to leave us wanting. We want to feel alive, we want to become most “ourselves,” yet our best efforts fail us, and we are unhappy. 

Hello there! My name is Reuben, and I will be conducting a semester-long Bible study on interior healing through the Catholic Campus Ministry at Kean. In “All Things New: How Jesus Longs to Heal Our Hearts,” we will explore the many areas in which we long to be healed, the roots of our brokenness, and the transformation that Jesus offers. I am so eager to help YOU to truly step into life and discover a newfound sweetness and purpose.

Whether you think this whole Christianity thing is a load of baloney or you’ve practiced it all your life, I WANT YOU THERE! I promise that no matter where you are in your journey, you will get something out of this Bible study. We will be meeting on Tuesdays at 7:30pm in VISER during Lent. I invite you to bring any questions you may have. We’ll have snacks and Bibles each week. Whether you just want to sit back and soak it all in or share all your thoughts on the passage, you are wanted here!
