Catholic Campus Ministry's annual Momento Mori Skull Painting event is back!

The event will be held in the MSC Atrium from 11AM-2PM on October 26th, 2023.

Momento mori is an ancient Latin phrase that translates to, "remember death." The phrase and discipline known as memento mori has recently resurfaced and experienced renewed popularity. Even though the practice of memento mori may be ancient, the concept is relevant in all times and places. It is a Christian spiritual reflection that serves as a reminder to not sweat the small things, live your life in the present, and love others unceasingly. The image of a skull serves as a physical reminder of this practice. 

Enjoy some Halloween candy, paint a skull canvas, and bring a friend!
